It's no secret around our home that I love all things Rifle Paper Company. Their prints, calendars and stationary just speak to me and make my heart sing! Each year my mom gifts me one of their calendars and I'm kind of neurotic about making sure it's on the right month and then saving them to frame for prints later. I have been wanting to create floral arrangements based on last year's calendar ever since I hung it on my wall last January. So here we are, January 2015 and I'm finally doing it! Each month this year the lovely Sally and I will be putting together a fun little collaboration; nothing over the top, just something fun each month that allows us to exercise our creative freedom and continually feel inspired by the things we love.
January's print inspired me to bring together a little bouquet made of peachy-pink spray roses, dahlias and ranunculus and white anemones and ranunculus. I think my favorite details were the protea and reflexed tulips. Man, those tulips just made my day!
I am so excited to have this little project to work on throughout the year and let me tell you - February's florals are going to be a blast to put together, so stay tuned!
